Design lead
Oslo, Norway / Remote
As a Design Lead, you are our go-to person for UX/UI and 3D models, and you will also be involved in all parts of the game design. You will work closely with our Unity developers and you are proficient in creating beautiful and functional UI with juicy effects, and animated models. We are looking for someone self-driven and ambitious who also is a team player. You should also have a "startup" mindset and take on a variety of tasks and learn rapidly.
About you:

You have 2+ years of working experience with Unity as well as 3D graphics software

You have experience with mobile game UX/UI and design
-
You are self-motivated and like to take on responsibility

You have the ability to plan and manage your own work well and recognize what makes the biggest impact

You are highly driven to work in a startup and take ownership of the product

You are a good communicator and a team player

It’s a big plus if you have experience working in a startup

You should also be passionate about games, especially F2P
Responsibilities:

Ensure the overall UI/GUI of the game is optimized in terms of appearance, effects, and functionality

Create 3D models and animations, as well as work with existing models and modify and expand on these.

Design and create beautiful UI visuals, effects, and animations

Implement assets in Unity (reskinning, button interactions, etc.)

Plan and execute UI VFX and transitions

Work directly in Unity to create a beautiful, consistent UI experience for all our supported devices

Work in close collaboration with our developer team to create the best possible UX for the game
